Terms of service
These are the terms for using ProudSend. They are short because the product is.
What ProudSend does
ProudSend drafts one outreach message at a time from public profile data and the materials you provide. It does not send messages, connection requests or any other communication, and it does not automate any action on LinkedIn or elsewhere. Sending is always your decision and your action.
Your responsibilities
- Only add materials you have the right to use, and only make claims in your brief that you can stand behind.
- Only write to people you have a legitimate reason to contact, and follow the rules of the platform you send through.
- Read every message before you send it. ProudSend checks structure and wording; you check that it is true and appropriate.
- Do not bulk-generate, scrape or resell the output. ProudSend is built for one prospect at a time, and it watches for anything else. An account seen bulk-generating, scraping or reselling is closed on the spot, with no refund for the current period.
Fair use
The plan includes 1,000 message generations, 100 Dig deeper runs and 1,000,000 knowledge base processing tokens per billing period. Failed fetches, failed generations, automatic quality-check retries and rejected uploads do not count. When a cap is reached, the related action is unavailable until the period resets.
Billing
The plan is billed monthly through Dodo Payments at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Data
How your data and prospect data are handled is in the privacy policy. Raw prospect data is deleted 30 days after each generation.
Warranty and liability
ProudSend is provided as is. Generated text can be wrong; you are responsible for what you send. To the extent permitted by law, ProudSend's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month the claim arose.
Changes
If these terms change materially, you will be told by email before the change takes effect.
