Privacy policy
ProudSend helps you write one outreach message at a time. To do that it processes two kinds of data: yours, and the public profile data of the people you write to. This page says what is processed, why, and for how long.
Your account and your materials
Your email address and password (stored as a hash) are used to sign you in and to send password reset emails. Your email address also gets one welcome email when you sign up, and occasional emails about changes to ProudSend, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. Your name is used to greet you in those emails. The files and text you add to a knowledge base, the text extracted from them, the per-source notes and the sales brief are your own material. They are kept until you delete them or delete your account, and they are not subject to the 30-day purge below.
The waitlist
If you leave your email address on the waitlist before ProudSend opens, it is used for one thing: a single email telling you that it has opened. It is kept until that email is sent and deleted within 30 days after, unless you have created an account by then. To be taken off the list earlier, write to privacy@proudsend.com.
Prospect data
When you paste a LinkedIn profile URL, ProudSend obtains the person's public profile and their recent public posts. When you use Dig deeper, public information about their company is obtained as well. When you paste profile text instead, only the text you pasted is processed.
No email address, phone number or contact-finding service is ever called. ProudSend never logs into LinkedIn and never sends anything on your behalf.

You can delete any generation, and all its data, immediately from your history.
The infrastructure and service providers that run ProudSend process this data only on ProudSend's instructions and only to provide the service, never for their own purposes. Nothing is sold, shared for advertising, or used to build profiles of you or of the people you write to.
Payments
Subscriptions are handled by Dodo Payments. Your card details are entered on their checkout and never reach ProudSend.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any knowledge base, source, example message or generation at any time, and delete your account from the account page. Deleting your account removes everything above immediately. Questions go to privacy@proudsend.com.
